Project Co-ordination

  • Thorough study of consultants’ designs and co-ordinating the same to bring all the designs to a consensus by conducting co-ordination meetings of all the design consultants and the client prior to release of execution drawings so as to insulate the site activities from any hiccups after work has started.

  • Planning systems for efficient and smooth functioning of site – (assisting client in timely order of equipments, negotiations, systems for material procurement and material handling on site, etc.)

  • Preparing a list of “Sequence of works” and activities considering their technical complexities to ensure that works and targets are achieved on time and a smooth project flow with quality is maintained on site.

  • Creating a climate of co-operation amongst different set of contractors working on site by timely resolving all issues affecting the progress of work.

  • Monitoring of overall project schedules and updating the project team (client and consultants) of the same on timely basis. This helps in taking corrective decisions/ actions at the right time if needed and moreover helps the client in taking decisions for his own planning of the project.

Tender Preparation and Tender Analysis

  • Preparation of Tender Document of Civil and Plumbing works.

  • Co-ordinating tender documents of other services like HVAC, Fire-fighting, Medical gas piping (in Hospital Projects) with the respective consultants.

  • Tender Analysis – Preparation of technical analysis report and commercial analysis report along with report for recommendation for award of work

  • Tender monitoring – monitoring of costs, monitoring of specifications etc and methodology of works in relation to the Tender document with respect to works being executed on site.

Project Time Planning & Control

  • Preparation of well sequenced, scheduled & co-ordinated bar charts. (co-relating the different work activities and work items)

  • Monitoring and updating of bar charts on a continuous basis & reporting to project team.

  • Assessing and monitoring activity duration and planning of resources in relation to the bar charts.

  • Resolving of all technical issues, design and decision issues prior to start of activity so as to avoid unnecessary wastage of time.

Project Cost Planning & Control

  • Preparation of project estimates and budgeting – preparation of Bills of Quantities.

  • Preparation of project cash flow statements for expenditure planning for the client.

  • Assisting the client in preparation of material requirement statements and updating the project team on the same. Assisting in selection of materials in co-relation to estimated finishes.

  • Assisting client in negotiating and finalizing of vendors, agencies etc.

  • Monitoring of project costs on a timely basis.

  • Supporting client and consultants with correct and detailed Rate Analysis for different items.

Quality Control

  • Providing Site supervision services for constant quality control and monitoring of works and for site level co-ordination of works to ensure smooth functioning of works.

  • Assisting the client and Consultants in selection of materials.

  • Updating the client and the project team of progress of work.

  • Bill checking and certification.

  • Assisting the client in sourcing and finalizing right set of agencies at the right price.
